Due to the exceptional circumstances with staff shortages caused by isolation our pallet delivery company cannot guarantee the delivery date as it usually would. We would ask for your patience and understanding whilst the delivery company works through our orders.

As we all are being confronted with a temporary shutdown of our daily lives, on all continents and countries, we would like to share our current situation with you, our valued customer.

Due to the fact that a lot of people in the UK only use solid fuels as a main source of heat and for hot water, we also had to take measures at HouseFuel in connection with the coronavirus. We are doing everything we can to maintain hygiene at a high level at our facility, especially for our warehouse employees who of course, cannot work from home. Where possible, all other employees have started to work remotely from home. Orders will continue to be delivered to your kerbside to minimize contamination risks.

We are lucky and thankful, that being an e-commerce company we are able to operate normally and can deliver our services to you nationwide, where you at this time can be extra assured of our dedication to serve you. Our warehouse staff is working hard to get orders out in time and in an orderly fashion. However, due to staff shortages, estimated delivery dates may vary by a day or two. We ask that you please be patient during this time.
