"No problems with ordering or delivery - only problem is our front is gravel (its only small but still cannot have it delivered off the pavement due to the truck they use) so have to leave delivery on the pavement! unfortunately this makes it difficult as I have to arrange a delivery when my husband is home so I have to have careful planning if I order again. Inferno seem fine - can't tell much difference from burnwell as they both do what we need."

"This is my second year using HouseFuel and will be back again next year. You will not find cheaper fuel anywhere, in fact this same product is £110 more from my local coal merchant. Last year we had the Burnwell Blend which was excellent and this year changed to the Selected Mixed Ovoids due to the price. After using them for a good month now in my opinion they are just as good and another order for yet another tonne has just been placed. "Your price is excellent - get a tonne almost the same price as a half tonne from a local coal merchant - I will not be using him again! Delivery slightly delayed but haulier did telephone me and ask if he could deliver one day later, actually more convenient for me. Will now have to see how well it burns."

"Was a little dubious ordering our coal like this after years of having a traditional delivery tipped. Needn’t have worried as the driver was smashing, very helpful and quick. No split bags and really good value. Little extra freebie of firelighters has come in very handy on occasion. Will definitely order from them again and have passed on their details to several friends with fires. Excellent service! "
