"Delivery driver helpful. The coal is brilliant. I lit my log burner at 6.30 pm full of coal once I had a base. At 8am the next morning it was still just going so out some additional wood and coal on and started with flames again. So will burn throughout the night on those winter nights/days where you want to keep it continual."

"Ordered 40 bags of 25 kg economy ovoids from Housefuel at the same time as ordering a bulk supply of firewood from another supplier. Both took money from the bank straight away. Coal from Housefuel arrived within three days, excellent product, service, communication and price. Still waiting for an acknowledgement of the order from the other guys a week later. . . . ."

"Came a day early, good job I was in. Driver very helpful but It was a struggle getting it (one tonne) onto the pavement and then down my drive. I will give a 5 when the drivers have all got powered trucks. If it puts the price up a bit I do not mind. Apart from that, an excellent service. Thanks."

"Great delivery and all about the driver... needed to reverse the lorry along my narrow country lane quite a long way,it was a bit difficult but no moaning from him,went and did the job with a smile and a sense of humour,sadly didn't catch his name,gave him a tip for which he deserved and appreciated,a pleasure to meet him. Haven't tried the coal yet but confident it will be OK. Hope I have the same driver next time. Sent the company directions to my hard to find house,looks like they weren't forwarded to him which resulted in difficulty for the driver."

"can't knock the price but when you order a ton of coal surely the delivery driver needs an electric pallet truck not a hand one as it took the both of us to drag it off his lorry,"

"when delivring pallet too heavy for drivrr and when trying to get it on tail lift pallet got away from him and pallet ended on road in a heap had to hand ball all the bags back on to pallet to get in to drive a few bags open driver took pictures to show his boss to much weight for diver to move by himself"
