"2nd purchase in a month of mixed ovoids, at £241 a ton you would have to be crazy not to try it, burns hot and long in our boiler stove, bags are full of premium smokeless fuels plus a little non smokeless, for those not living in a smoke restricted area this fuel is second to none,1st rate company 1st class delivery. "A very good order and delivery service,delivered at my choice of dates.The pallet was delivered into my garage as requested. Burnrite is the best fuel I have used in a multifuel stove, it gives minimal ash and I keep the stove alight 24 hours a day in winter without any problem using Burnrite fuel."

"Very happy with the smokeless fuel, would definitely recommend. Such a great price in the summer you have to bulk buy. Not so impressed with the delivery service, the driver said he couldn't get the lorry in the drive which was a farce as I've had bigger lorries come through delivering coal for the last 5 yrs??? You need to sort out your delivery company as that is you r only let down."

"Excellent price excellent delivery time. But not sure if packing or delivery issue. Some bags at the bottom where split. Where they had been laid on the pallet. And there had been water ingress to those bags and some of the coals hands broken down. Overall very happy and will use and recommend again. "

"Good quality Columbian coal. Just a tip to improve your service; despite you being forewarned prior to delivery that again as on previous deliveries, a power pallet truck would be preferable with our very awkward slightly uphill driveway, yet one was not available on the day. The very pleasant driver delivered the pallet as close to our property as he was able; which was in the middle, at the end of our shared drive. Considerable effort on a hot day was needed, to single-handedly quickly remove a ton of coal a bag at a time, another 12 feet, before it caused an access problem to our neighbour. Apart from that very satisfied. "

"This is the third time I have bought smokeless fuel from Housefuel and as always their products and delivery are excellent. These economy ovids burn for a long time with great heat output and low ash. Also the delivery was prompt and now has an online system to give you an ETA within a2 hour margin. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He managed togettge pallet onto the kerb right next to my back gate which is a bit tricky due to the camber of the road. A thoroughly recommended company.
