"Great smokeless fuel and will be ordering again. Delivery was delayed by a day by the couriers but Housefuel let us know so time wasn't wasted waiting in. As a two hour window for delivery was given on the day of delivery it didn't cause any problems rescheduling. Very helpful staff."

"The delivery arrived exactly when they said it would, I even had a text and email on the day confirming the delivery window (between 11:30 and 13:30). Unfortunately I received the wrong fuel type. I gave Housefuel a call, and they said they're arrange to collect the incorrect fuel and deliver the new fuel ASAP. We agreed a new delivery day, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. The customer service when something went wrong was great. They were very helpful and sorted me out straight away."

"What an excellent service the information given on the Colombia coal was brilliant, it's easy to light and it gives so much more heat then the house coal and smokeless i have been burning , its that warm through the house you forget how cold it is outside, the Dust Well I've gone from emptying the ash pans 3/4 times a day to once. The doors on the multi burners are clean now. I can't fault this company the ordering was quick and easy the delivery was on time and the driver was so helpful. "First order. Received phone call late afternoon on day of delivery to say driver had taken ill and would be delivered next morning and it arrived about 9.30am. These things happen. Driver parked at entrance to short driveway and delivered pallet along slabbed driveway to garage door. Excellent!
