"First time used, we have a multi fuel stove so opted to try Burnrite ovals. Excellent service, we were lucky we had help to move the bags as we would have struggled to get them round to the back of the house but apart from that very pleased with the overall service. Have not tried yet because of the heatwave but looking at the reviews I don't think we will be disappointed. Would definately use gain. Big savings."

"Ordered on line no problems delivered a day early lucky someone was here the driver was very helpful in trolleying the coal down the drive. Only moan is the email I received informed me the delivery was due on the 13th July and arrived 12th July. When the driver left I had an email saying it was being delivered a day early as I say lucky I was here. I had arranged for the drive to be clear of cars with our neighbour but the driver got round this. Not used the product as yet but filled bunker up and it looks just as compatible with coal twice the price Well pleased with the supplier from start to finish. Than you. Ps special thank you to the driver as it was 30° plus outside and was very helpful."

"Good product, poor delivery. Coal was delivered on the wrong day and packaging was slightly damaged."

"As usual, decent price and ordered online with no problems. The only think I would criticise is the delivery slots. 8am till 1pm and 1pm till 6pm are to wide and i strongly object to having to pay for a slot or be forced to wait all day for a delivery. This day and age it is much easier to give people an eta and then update it as the day goes on. The technology has been out there for a long time to do this. The additional charge feels like a rip off and does create resentment"

"Weve had product before and know it burns well with comparatively little ash.. The promotion code we had didnt work on web so we telephoned and p,ayed a game with the call handler in which we lost and she won when we couldnt guess what the new code was. Delivery was as promised, efficient and cheerful. 20 kg bags easier than the 25s to handle. Will buy again but would suggest that call handlers be given instructions to give promo codes rather than keep it secret. The saving to us makes a big difference."

"2nd purchase in a month of mixed ovoids, at £241 a ton you would have to be crazy not to try it, burns hot and long in our boiler stove, bags are full of premium smokeless fuels plus a little non smokeless, for those not living in a smoke restricted area this fuel is second to none,1st rate company 1st class delivery. "A very good order and delivery service,delivered at my choice of dates.The pallet was delivered into my garage as requested. Burnrite is the best fuel I have used in a multifuel stove, it gives minimal ash and I keep the stove alight 24 hours a day in winter without any problem using Burnrite fuel."

"Excellent price. Excellent service. Excellent delivery Only 2 minor criticisms:- An awful lot of coal dust was evident within the packaging. I am now left with a heavy wooden pallet to get rid of. Can hardly lift it! What do I do with it?"

"Very happy with the smokeless fuel, would definitely recommend. Such a great price in the summer you have to bulk buy. Not so impressed with the delivery service, the driver said he couldn't get the lorry in the drive which was a farce as I've had bigger lorries come through delivering coal for the last 5 yrs??? You need to sort out your delivery company as that is you r only let down."
