• "The delivery arrived exactly when they said it would, I even had a text and email on the day confirming the delivery window (between 11:30 and 13:30). Unfortunately I received the wrong fuel type. I gave Housefuel a call, and they said they're arrange to collect the incorrect fuel and deliver the new fuel ASAP. We agreed a new delivery day, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. The customer service when something went wrong was great. They were very helpful and sorted me out straight away."
