Coal from Housefuel arrived within three days, excellent product, service, communication and price. Still waiting for an acknowledgement of the order from the other guys a week later. . . . ."

"The ovoids are perfect for my multi-fuel stove and Housefuel were faultless with my order. However, I chose to have the tonne of ovoids delivered on a Monday, but they never arrived. When the pallet delivery firm wrte questioned ad to ehy, they siad they didn't leave them bevausr they thought they might get stolen! A tonne of ovoids on a pallet! I did get the ovoids on the next day, though. No gteat problem. I will usr Housefuel again."
