"Excellent service, efficient and quick delivery. I bought smokeless ovals. With the special offer they were actually slightly cheaper than my local supplier's "economy ovals" which are not smokeless. During a short cold snap I got chance to try some out on my multi fuel stove. They light easily and burn well with a nice flame, easily controlled with air input. They burn hot so you don't need a thick bed. Brilliant as a base with a log on top. A thin bed with restricted air easily slumbers through the night. Wake it up in the morning refresh and turn it down again it will slumber through the day. Just what I wanted. The only thing I would say is that it is not "Low Ash" as described."

"Delivery was not the usual smooth one we have had in the past not the lorry drivers fault may I point out. One day late due to him getting stuck in Cambridge because of a large fire the day previous,when he arrived try as he might pallet was damaged and wedged couldn't get it off the truck .We had to call on a friend next village over to bring his tracter down with lifting forks on to get our coal off. Made for a interesting day can't run smooth all the time felt sorry for the driver he did all he could."

"HouseFuel were very helpful in finding out if, and confirming that, a smaller lorry could be used to deliver to my home in my area, also letting me know a definite delivery date,. I was also lucky to be able to take advantage of a summer discount. On the delivery day (hottest day of the year so far) the driver arrived only to find that the pallet (1 tonne) would not shift, and instead of driving my order back to the depot - he unloaded 40 bags and stacked them for me one by one. This was all in temperatures of 36 degrees - exceptional service by anybody’s reckoning! I will definitely use them again - quite hard to find a company that actually cares about its customers in this day and age (and especially in my local area!). Thank you unnamed (but heroic) driver. :-) "

"1 ton pallet of ovals delivered this morning by a very helpful driver who put the pallet onto my driveway. Housefuel are very easy to order from and comunicate every step of the way from receipt of order to the tracking number of the pallet. I will definitely be ordering again when I need more fuel. "
