"Just started using the new Smokeless Ovals after a couple of years of using Stovemaster....which was good .....however the ovals are even better in my Morso Squirrel on my boat...they catch easily...stay in well....the ash content is roughly the same but the ovals ash makes less fine dust when emptying. Will be ordering more next winter. "

"You did OK, being elderly the delivery driver got as near to the coal bunker as he could. This has made it much easier to handle the bags of coal into the bunker. If this service was to cease and delivery only went as far as the front of the house I would not be able to manage the long carry to the back of the house."

"It's the second time we have ordered from HouseFuel. We like the product and pleased with the price. We haven't had any problems with delivery, they have turned up when stated for us. The second delivery was better than the 1st delivery, reason being, they had a motor operated palletized and could get the pallet closer to my garage doors. The 1st delivery was left at the end of the drive and then had to carry them up to my garage. But all in all, very pleased and will be ordering again."

"I've tried the "new and improved" smokeless ovoids and i have to say they are a big improvement, does exactly what it says on the tin. Found when burnt they do leave a lot less ash than the previous ones and it definitely kicks the heat out! As always they were delivered without a problem, love dealing with housefuels."
