This product requires good airflow to burn efficiently due to its high anthracite content and low volatile matter.

Delivery is Free to most mainland UK postal codes. However, some postal codes will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated and added during checkout.
Our standard delivery is to kerbside only. Any further is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
We will complete delivery using one or other of the delivery methods described below. Housefuel Limited reserve the right to choose the delivery method on each order.
Method 1: Palletised Delivery using a tail lift vehicle and hand pump truck.
Method 2: Hand Delivery in individual plastic bags. No pallet will be supplied using this method.
In both methods, the delivery vehicle is often an 18 Tonne lorry, that can struggle to reach some domestic homes. Please tell us at the time of placing your order of any restrictions that may limit access. Failure to tell us may result in you incurring an additional delivery charge.
First time ordering,and after reading the reviews decided to order stovemaster.Ordered over the phone and the lady who took my order was lovely.Delivery was excellent and I could track the delivery.Delivery driver was very good and placed the tonne pallet where we needed it.So far happy with the stovemaster it's a small size with a line around the middle.Only thing was confused as it came bagged differently to picture on website,the fuel is called stoveheat premium and has homefire/ cpl brand name on it.So wondered if they was both the same firm.But I would order again as radiators and water hot,and it doesn't blacken the glass on my boiler stove or smoke like some fuel does.

Great Heat Output As Well As Long Burn Time.

I have previously purchased Superheat smokeless fuel from Housefuel which was my first experience using that fuel and that was okay but after ordering and using the Stovemaster fuel for the past few days for the first time I have to say that I will only purchase the Stovemaster fuel from now on. I find the Stovemaster smokeless fuel easy to light with fire lighters and kindling and a small amount of coal to start with and my multi fuel stove door slightly open with both the top and bottom vents fully open to allow good airflow. Once the coals have taken hold and are giving off a good heat output with a good red glow I then gently add more coal to the fire without smothering it (remember to allow space for airflow between the coals). I then close the stove door fully fastened leaving both top and bottom vents fully open to keep good airflow to the coals. The heat output is the best I've used and I only have to riddle the grate after around 7 hours and add the other half of the bucket (a 3rd of a bag of 25kg) in total to get me through the remainder of the day. I then leave both top and bottom vents fully open with the stove door closed tightly which keeps the heat in my room and hot embers in the stove ready to add more kindling and coal the next morning after fully emptying the ash pan after riddling the grate ready for the day ahead. This coal is far less time consuming than coal I have used previously and the amount of ash is 1 full ash pan per day. Previous coal was 3 full ash pan empties. This fuel is more expensive to buy but saves money due to the longer burn time and less coal needed for a greater heat output. This is my go to fuel now. I won't even consider using anything else. The delivery guy even put the full pallet on my concrete drive out of the way to allow me and my wife to unload the coal a bit at a time. Thank you so much. I cannot praise everyone enough. Purchased just in time to be toasty warm in the current snowy freezing conditions.

My 1st year of using this fuel & it fantastic stuff I managed to get a regular 16hr burn time with this product & due to the small size of the fuel you can even shovel the stuff into the fire a big plus,
Delivery by palletways was spot on.

This will be our 2nd winter of using our multi fuel stove & already we are impressed with this fuel,
So much cleaner than the fuel we tried last winter & the fire burned constantly & the heat output was amazing & on average fire burning 12hrs plus & only needed two ash pans emptying during this period.
Delivery was 1st class
