HouseFuel Premium Coal is a great, cost-effective fuel for open fires.
This is the highest quality coal available on the market. It provides incredibly high heat output with very little ash, reducing cleaning time.
HouseFuel Premium Coal provides high radiant heat with a beautiful flame helping to make the fireplace the centrepiece of any room.
Doubles and trebles do not relate to the quality of the coal. Instead, they are an approximation of size. Typically doubles are 25-50mm, whilst trebles are 50-90mm.

Delivery Service for House Coal
Please note, that house coal is not available in England.
When you order House Coal, the fuel will be delivered in 25kg Plastic Bags by hand.
Our delivery partner will leave the House Coal in a safe place on your property or were directed to (if safe and reasonable to do so).
Delivery Time is within five working days of order.
You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
All postcodes will incur a delivery charge which will be added during the checkout.
The Colombian trebles is great coal. Good sized lumps, burns really well and leaves a very small amount of ash. It was a good price and delivered as expected by a cheerful delivery driver. All good. Just one thing though, if it were possible to have an hour warning of the actual delivery, like some companies do, that would be helpful.

Ordered a pallet, delivery was rapid and a very helpful driver. However I would think the greater part of the order was at the lower end of the 25 - 50mm size quoted for Colombian doubles.
Last year I took Colombian trebles from you, but as they were large lumps I thought I'd go for doubles this year as I imagined they'd be more of a medium size. But they were smaller than what I'd judge to be medium, so a bit disappointing .........

Just had a delivery of 1 1/2 tonnes of Scottish Trebles we had them last year so wanted them again as we think their overall burn rate size & low ash works well for us. Delivery as usual was rapid. Thanks again.

Ordered Scottish Premium doubles - what's the difference between doubles and trebles, it might be good if they explained! The coal burns hot and gives less ash than other brands I've had. Asked for delivery in a 7.5 Ton lorry and they did. Have had coal in 10kg bags from other companies , they should think about doing them - much easier to handle. That said a good price for really good coal.

I ordered trebles but received doubles. I was given option of having it collected and new delivery of trebles but as I was out of coal I chose a refund of difference in price. So glad I did , although the pieces of coal are much smaller it burns so hot - service is far superior to my last supplier - the best coal I have ever had.
