Delivery is Free to most mainland UK postal codes. However, some postal codes will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated and added during checkout.
Our standard delivery is to kerbside only. Any further is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
We will complete delivery using one or other of the delivery methods described below. Housefuel Limited reserve the right to choose the delivery method on each order.
Method 1: Palletised Delivery using a tail lift vehicle and hand pump truck.
Method 2: Hand Delivery in individual plastic bags. No pallet will be supplied using this method.
In both methods, the delivery vehicle is often an 18 Tonne lorry, that can struggle to reach some domestic homes. Please tell us at the time of placing your order of any restrictions that may limit access. Failure to tell us may result in you incurring an additional delivery charge.
Have used housefuel 3 times now 3 tonne at a time I have solid fuel central heating and an AGA , its much cheaper than locally sourced, the end of the day price is everything! Buying such a large quantity is a big risk when not knowing the company, but now I shop with confidence always good quality and delivered on time , my only problem is the delivery, the guy is absolutely amazing, but such a large truck and I live down a narrow lane , that's my problem not theirs tho , summing up I recommend to everyone I know .

Excellent ovoids and very good value. We have been Housefuel customers for several years and they have always been helpful and efficient. The delivery was good and on time. We will definitely be buying from Housefuel again.

Delivery was a problem because the delivery lorry was huge despite Housefuel telling the delivery firm it was a narrow road. My house is on a hill but has a flat and level area at the side - the huge lorry couldn't negotiate this even though the dustbin lorry has no problems. Carl, the driver, was extremely helpful. He solved the delivery problem as well as I could have hoped for.
I haven't tried the coal yet but from other people's feedback I don't forsee any issues.
