Delivery is Free to most mainland UK postal codes. However, some postal codes will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated and added during checkout.
Our standard delivery is to kerbside only. Any further is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
We will complete delivery using one or other of the delivery methods described below. Housefuel Limited reserve the right to choose the delivery method on each order.
Method 1: Palletised Delivery using a tail lift vehicle and hand pump truck.
Method 2: Hand Delivery in individual plastic bags. No pallet will be supplied using this method.
In both methods, the delivery vehicle is often an 18 Tonne lorry, that can struggle to reach some domestic homes. Please tell us at the time of placing your order of any restrictions that may limit access. Failure to tell us may result in you incurring an additional delivery charge.
Just received latest delivery of coal and it was on time well packaged and the delivery man was very helpful. I have had reason to complain in the past but the customer service team are very good at listening to your complaint and quickly putting it right. I cannot find cheaper locally and the coal is as described good heat and not a lot of ash.

I have been using Housefuel for years and the service has always been excellent. I recently purchased Verdo Nestor heat logs for a change from other solid fuels. The service yet again was great but when I have tried the logs they are not suitable for my multi burner central heating system. They only last between one and a half to two hours at most and I am used to leaving my appliance on all night. I have spoken to a very nice helpful lady at Housefuel and she informed me she will make enquiries with there technical department to see if we can find the right solution. Fingers crossed.
